Nested Churn Dash Class

I would like to thank everyone who attended the Nested Churn Dash class at Patches Indooroopilly today. It was a pleasure to teach such a fun group of ladies who embraced the block with such enthusiasm and creative flare. I am looking forward to seeing all the wonderful quilts made with such diverse and amazing fabric selections.

A special thank you to Sharon Frazer, the owner of Patches, who provided an excellent service in keeping us well fed and topped up with caffeine.

  1. Oh wahoo yay! I just sat down with a glass of wine and Bloglovin' and look what popped up! I had such a lovely day today, you are a gorgeous person and a wonderful teacher. Everyone learned something new today, whether it was about sewing, cutting, pinning, ironing, borders or quilt maths. It was so lovely to see you and be part of a lovely day of sewing. I love this pattern and am looking forward to finishing my blocks, then my quilt and instagramming along the way! Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Cat xx

  3. That looks like a great class! Is the (black and white) checked centre of the churn dash second from the right on the bottom row made from a square of checked fabric or a teeny tiny 25 patch?
